These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers purchasing fogu Premium directly through the website. Purchases through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple terms.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. For cryptocurrency payments, reimbursement is made by agreement where reimbursement in the same payment method is not possible.

No early expiry in the current checkout

Depending on the legal classification of the time-limited VPN and filtering access, the rules for services in Section 356(5) BGB or for non-tangible digital content in Section 356(6) BGB may apply. The current web checkout does not rely on early expiry under either classification.
