Paid, but Premium is not active?
Wait for payment confirmation and reopen the app. Check that the Device ID in the app matches the ID used for your purchase. If Premium is still missing, contact support@fogu.app with your payment reference.
Where can I find my Device ID, and what happens after reinstalling?
You can find the 16-digit Device ID under Settings → Device ID in the app. Reinstalling without iCloud Keychain may create a new Device ID. Contact support@fogu.app with your payment reference if a previous purchase is no longer linked as a result.
Paid for the wrong Device ID?
Contact support@fogu.app with your payment reference and explain the incorrect assignment. Purchases are not automatically transferred to another Device ID.
